Huy Q. Tran is an Associate Professor of Business at Albright College, specializing in strategic management and innovation-oriented leadership. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas–Rio Grande Valley, an MBA from Eastern Illinois University, and a B.A. from National Economics University in Vietnam.
His research focuses on platform business models, organizational ambidexterity, and strategic management in global contexts. Key areas include top management team dynamics, innovative capability development, and competitive advantage in digital markets. Tran teaches advanced strategy courses and has advised numerous undergraduate research projects on topics like corporate social responsibility, medical tourism, and global business strategies.
