Hugh Dubrulle

Hugh Dubrulle is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of History at Anselm College. He holds a B.A. from Pomona College (1990), an M.A. (1993), and a Ph.D. (1999) from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

His research examines the transatlantic impact of the American Civil War on British political, social, and military discourse. Central to his work is the exploration of post-colonial dynamics shaping British perceptions of the conflict.
