Howard Reed is a Professor (Practice) of Public Policy at Northumbria University and Economics Lead for the Common Sense Policy Group. His expertise includes public policy analysis, health economics, and tax-benefit system modeling. He holds a PhD in Economics from an unspecified institution, an MSc from University College London (1995), and a BA (Hons) Economics (1994).
