Hongseok Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government (CTG). His research focuses on public human resources management, telework implementation in public organizations, managing workforce diversity, and ethical workplace behaviors.
Education:

Research Interests: Dr. Lee's work explores how public organizations can optimize workforce management through telework policies, diversity management strategies, and ethical frameworks. His studies also examine the psychological and structural factors influencing workplace discrimination and whistleblowing behaviors.
Publications & Contributions: His recent work includes studies on racial discrimination in public sector workplaces, whistleblowing behavior using the Theory of Planned Behavior, and the gender pay gap in higher education. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Public Management Review and Public Administration Review.
Teaching: Teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in public management, human resources management, and managing workforce diversity.
