Hyunkang Hur, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Health Management at Indiana University Kokomo's School of Business. He joined the Public Administration and Health Management (PAHM) program in 2016 after earning his Ph.D. in Public Management and Policy Analysis from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park.
