Holly K. Osburn is a Professor and Chair of the Management Department at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), located in Edmond, Oklahoma. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Her roles include Director of 2B Leaders and former Chair of the Management Department within UCO's College of Business.

Awards include the 2023 College of Business MVP Award and the 2017 Vanderford Teaching Award. She is a 2017 OC Distinguished Alumnus and 2018 Edmond Leadership graduate.
Community involvement includes board membership at the Institute for Emerging Leaders and leadership roles with Leadership UCO, the Edmond Chamber of Commerce, and STRATA Leadership. Teaching philosophy emphasizes inspiring students to become impactful leaders in their communities.
