Holly Campbell is an Instructor in the Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Sciences at Oregon State University's College of Agricultural Sciences. She teaches interdisciplinary courses across four colleges including Ocean Law, Wildlife Law and Policy, and Marine Spatial Planning. Her research examines ecosystem-based management with focus on land-ocean interactions, coastal pollution, nutrient management, and climate impacts.
Education includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Oregon State University (2011), LL.M in Environmental and Resource Law from University of Utah, and J.D. from University of Oregon with specializations in Ocean/Coastal Law. Professional experience includes research roles at OECD (Paris), EPA, and Oregon Sea Grant.
Publications span environmental law, policy analysis, and nutrient management, with recent books on community leadership and watershed restoration. Research methods include comparative policy analysis, case studies, and interdisciplinary synthesis.
