Hillary B. Hamann is a Teaching Professor and Director of the Sustainability Minor at the University of Denver's College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. She specializes in geosciences, hydrology, and water resources, with a focus on environmental education and sustainability pedagogy.

She serves on the Board of Directors of the Catamount Center for Environmental Science and Education, and contributed to state task forces developing Colorado's Statewide Water Education Action Plan (SWEAP).
