Hilde Laholt

Hilde Laholt is an Associate Professor and teacher at the Master's program in Public Health Nursing at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Department of Health and Care Sciences. She leads the research group 'Life and Courage' and has extensive experience in public health nursing, education, and ethical practice in school health services.

She collaborates with Lublin University on sustainability in nursing education and explores themes like resilience, empowerment, and salutogenesis.

Recent research outputs include studies on sibling support interventions (2025), visual communication in school health services (2024-2020), ethical frameworks for nurses (2023), and cross-national comparisons of nursing systems (2021-2024). Her work spans qualitative methodology, action research, and policy analysis.
