Hilary Williams serves as Interim Academic Vice President & Dean of Faculty and Associate Professor of Graphic Design & Digital Media at Colby-Sawyer College, School of Arts & Sciences. With a decade of teaching experience at Colby-Sawyer and Drake University, she bridges design education with leadership in sustainability initiatives.

Her research integrates design thinking with environmental advocacy through projects like the Sustainable Learning Initiative at Franklin Falls. She received two Davis Educational Foundation Innovation Grants for this work.
