Hien Dao

Hien Dao is a doctoral researcher in the Innovation, Management, and Policy Division at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. Their research focuses on innovation management, organizational learning, knowledge management, and digital technologies, contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals. They are supervised by Professor Silvia Massini and Dr. Dhruba Borah, and affiliated with the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research.

Education: Master of Business Information Systems from Australian National University (Awarded June 2021).

Awards: Received three competitive fellowships, including the Alliance Manchester Business School PhD Studentship and RADMA Doctoral Studies Awards (both 2022), and the Australian Awards Scholarship (2019).

Research Activities: Engaged with interdisciplinary projects addressing digital transformation and organizational adaptation, aligned with sustainable development objectives.
