Silvia Massini is a Professor of Economics and Management of Innovation at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, leading the IMP Innovation, Strategy and Sustainability division (2017–2022). She holds editorial roles including Senior Editor of Management and Organization Review and Guest Editor for Research Policy and Journal of International Business Studies. Her research focuses on digital transformation, global innovation sourcing, and skills development in the digital economy.
