Hervé Goy

Hervé Goy is a Professor at the iaelyon School of Management, Jean Moulin University Lyon 3. He serves as Vice-Dean for Education and Deputy Director General & Director of Studies. His roles include leading the Business Management program, co-heading the iaelyon Business Management initiative, and participating in academic councils and journal committees.

• Research focuses on Strategy Making Process, particularly interactions between time and strategy, axiology and praxeology of strategic management.
• His work appears in the Strategy Research Group and is affiliated with the Magellan Laboratory Council.
• He contributed to the 2022 book Work practices and organizational dynamics, addressing the evolution of work practices in the context of global risks like the COVID-19 crisis.

He teaches courses such as Strategic Management, Strategic Analysis, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Goy is also involved in editorial work for Finance-Contrôle-Stratégie and holds authorization to direct research.
