Henrik Røer is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Engineering, Østfold University College. His research focuses on structural engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and the design of concrete, steel, and timber structures. He holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in structural design. Before academia, he worked as a structural engineer at Sweco Norge AS (2017–2021) and as a project engineer at Norsk Saneringsservice AS (2014–2017).
