Henning Kroll is a Coordinator of the Business Unit Innovation Trends and Science Studies at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Economic and Cultural Geography at Leibniz Universität Hannover. His career began with a geography degree from the University of Hanover and a doctorate on university spin-off activities in China (2005). He joined Fraunhofer ISI in 2006, focusing on innovation systems, science-industry collaboration, and Asian research policies.
