Henning Ernst Müller

Henning Ernst Müller, born in 1961, is a Professor of Criminal Law, Criminology, Juvenile Criminal Law, and the Penal System at the University of Regensburg. He was appointed to the chair in July 2000 and served as Dean of the Faculty of Law from 2004 to 2006. His work bridges legal scholarship, criminological research, and public policy analysis.
