Helene Løvstrand Svarva

Helene Løvstrand Svarva is an Associate Professor at the NTNU University Museum, part of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She specializes in dendrochronology and radiocarbon dating, focusing on historical climate analysis, archaeological material dating, and environmental science applications.

Her research interests include reconstructing climate histories using tree-ring data, analyzing radiocarbon signatures in atmospheric samples, and dating historical artifacts.
