Dr. Helena Li is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in the Management Discipline Group, part of the UTS Business School. She holds a Ph.D. from Zhejiang University (China) and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney and University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on global strategy and innovation, corporate social responsibility, and strategic leadership, particularly examining interactions between state and firms, and leadership roles in decision-making. She teaches undergraduate courses including 'Introduction to International Business' and 'Transnational Management'.
Her research explores how firms leverage global knowledge for innovation in emerging markets, navigate institutional environments, and respond to CSR demands. She has contributed to projects funded by the Australian Federal Government and collaborated with organizations like CEDA. She serves as Associate Editor for Multinational Business Review and Business & Society, and reviews for prestigious journals in strategy and management.
