Helena Howe

Dr Helena Howe is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of Sussex, affiliated with the School of Law, Politics and Sociology. Her work bridges environmental, agricultural, and animal law, emphasizing multi-species justice and Earth Jurisprudence. She chairs the Legal Advisory Group on Extreme Conformations in Dogs (LAGECDogs) and advocates for legal reforms in animal breeding practices.
