Helena Bird is a part-time PhD researcher at the School of Applied Sciences, Centre for Lifelong Health, focusing on genomic influences and connections between vitamin D, inflammatory markers, and brain-body interactions in autistic and ADHD individuals. Concurrently, she works full-time as the Chief Pharmacist for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, integrating her research into practice to improve health outcomes.
