Helena Bergström is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Studies in the Department of Child and Youth Studies at Stockholm University. Her research focuses on child sexual abuse prevention in preschools, preschool policy, and the ethical dimensions of early childhood education. She leads projects funded by the Swedish Research Council (VR), including a 4.2M SEK grant on historical norms in sex education. Her work bridges theoretical analysis and practical implications for educators and policymakers.
