Helen Twigg is a PhD Candidate at the School of Earth Sciences, University College Dublin, funded by Science Foundation Ireland Research Professorship and Rio Tinto. Her research focuses on basin evolution and mineralization processes in the Central African Copperbelt, integrating structural interpretation, paragenesis studies, and isotope analysis to understand salt bed influences on metal deposition.
Her work contributes to geological modeling and resource exploration in Neoproterozoic sedimentary basins.
