Helen Morley is a part-time Research Fellow at The University of Manchester, specializing in Health Psychology. She holds a BSc in Psychology (Brunel University, 2005) and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (2009). She is completing a part-time PhD investigating equity in breast screening access for ethnic minority women. Her roles include Research Associate in Cancer Screening and Associate Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton.
Her research focuses on mental health interventions, healthcare equity, and public health. Notable projects include PREVENT-Breast (breast cancer risk assessment for young women), TULIPS (inpatient mental health communication), and PATHWAY (cardiac rehabilitation therapy). She has contributed to over 15 peer-reviewed studies, often employing qualitative methods like thematic analysis.
