Helen Cullington

Professor Helen Cullington is a Professorial Fellow Enterprise at the University of Southampton, specializing in audiology and hearing science. Her research focuses on cochlear implants, telemedicine, and person-centred care, with a strong emphasis on improving accessibility and equity in healthcare. She leads initiatives such as the BEARS virtual reality training program for children with bilateral cochlear implants and has conducted critical audits on cochlear implant referral patterns in the UK to address healthcare disparities.
