Helaine J. Korn is a Professor of Management at the Narendra Paul Loomba Department of Management, Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of New York. She joined the faculty in 1996 and specializes in strategic management, multimarket competition, and strategic alliances. Her teaching spans undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and PhD programs.

Her recent publications analyze digital transformation in China, strategic reinvention in the radio industry, and alliance management frameworks. She has received multiple Distinguished Research Awards from the Institute for Global Business Research (2025, 2022, 2017) and Summer Research Awards (2008, 2007). Dr. Korn serves as Executive Director of Graduate Programs at Zicklin and has chaired the Management Department and Graduate Curriculum Committee.
