Heiko Sauer

Prof. Dr. Heiko Sauer is a Professor of German and European Constitutional and Administrative Law. He co-organizes the Constitutional Theory Talks Bochum-Bonn with Prof. Julian Krüper of Ruhr University Bochum and hosts a Basic Reading Group in Public Law with Prof. Dr. Laura Münkler. His work focuses on constitutional theory, European law, and public law, often analyzing the implications of Europeanization, digitalization, and pandemic-related legal challenges.
