Sebastian Piecha

Sebastian Piecha is a Professor of Constitutional and European Law and General Administrative Law at HSPV NRW since 2021. He has previously served as a Lecturer at the Federal University of Applied Sciences (Münster), BiTS University of Applied Sciences (Iserlohn), and HSPV NRW (Bielefeld).
