Dr. Heather Weber serves as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Director of Clinical Education at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine (CUSOM), a position she assumed in 2025 after previously serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in CUSOM's clinical skills and simulation departments (2023-2025). She formerly held an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor role at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OSU-COM).

Dr. Weber's professional expertise spans Pediatrics, Medical Education, and Child Development, with growing specialization in Telemedicine applications. As Director of Clinical Education, she designs and implements clinical training curricula for medical students. Her dual perspective as a pediatric virtual urgent care physician and former full-time parent informs her unique approach to child development education and telehealth integration in medical training. She maintains active involvement in clinical skills simulation methodology.
She has precepted medical students from Oklahoma State University and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB), organizing third-year pediatric rotations at OSU-COM prior to her relocation to North Carolina. Her current role encompasses comprehensive oversight of clinical education programming at CUSOM.
