Heather Vough

Heather C. Vough serves as Associate Professor of Management and PhD Program Director at George Mason University's Costello College of Business. Her research investigates identity construction and sensemaking processes within organizational, professional, and career contexts. Previously holding positions at University of Cincinnati and McGill University, Vough earned her PhD in Business Administration from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Her research examines how individuals navigate professional identities during career transitions and organizational changes. Work has appeared in premier journals including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, and Journal of Applied Psychology.
