Heather Scheiwe Kulp

Heather Scheiwe Kulp is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School. She serves as a Circuit Court Administrator for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, overseeing court operations, access to justice initiatives, and alternative dispute resolution programs.

Her academic and professional work focuses on dispute resolution systems. At Harvard Law School, she taught courses including Negotiation Workshop and Lawyer as Facilitator, and directed dispute resolution clinics. She previously designed court-connected mediation programs for self-represented parties as a Skadden Fellow in Chicago.
