Heather Laube is a Professor of Sociology at the Department of Behavioral Sciences, College of Arts, Sciences and Education, University of Michigan-Flint. She serves as core faculty in the Women’s and Gender Studies program and is a Fulbright Scholar. Her work examines gendered and racialized institutional structures in academia and their impact on equity work.
