Heather Harpham serves as the Strachan Donnelley Endowed Visiting Professor in Environmental Writing at Sarah Lawrence College since 2014, teaching in the MFA Writing and Theatre programs with courses including Mixed Genre Craft: Cells and Stars and Writing Humor and Joy.

Fiction and essays appear in The Guardian, Slate, and international publications, while six solo plays have been staged globally including at Nepal International Theatre Festival and Estonia's Notafe Festival.
