Heather Brinton serves as the Director of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center (ENR) and a Pro Tem Instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law. She oversees seven interdisciplinary projects addressing critical environmental challenges, including climate law, energy policy, food resiliency, and sustainable land use. Her role involves teaching, supervising externships, and advancing legal solutions to environmental issues.

Professional Background: Prior to her current role, she clerked for Judge Raymond R. Bagley, practiced municipal law at Hutchison, Hammond & Walsh, and litigated public interest cases at the Western Environmental Law Center.
