Hayley Ward is a Lecturer and Director of Studies for the Healthcare Practice Programme and Leadership in Healthcare Programme at the University of Surrey's School of Health Sciences, part of the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. She holds affiliations with the College of Paramedics and has extensive clinical and educational experience in urgent care.
