Hayley Lewis

Dr. Hayley Lewis is a Lecturer and Programme Director (MRes Professional Practice) at Birkbeck Business School, University of London. She holds a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology (2021) and specializes in leadership behavior, organizational culture, and female entrepreneurship. She works part-time in a job-share arrangement and manages the MRes component of the dual-accredited Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology with Clare Mulligan-Foster. Her consultancy, HALO Psychology, focuses on leadership development and culture change.
