Alexandra Beauregard

Professor Alexandra Beauregard is a faculty member at Birkbeck Business School, part of University of London, specializing in Organizational Psychology. Her academic career includes roles as Professor at Birkbeck since 2018, prior positions at Middlesex University, London School of Economics, and University of Surrey. She holds a PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of London (LSE) and an MSc in Industrial Relations from LSE. Her research focuses on work-life balance, flexible work arrangements, diversity, gender equality, and transgender inclusion, with over 34 publications in top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Human Relations.
