Haydar SUR, MD, PhD, is a Professor of Health Management at Marmara University's Faculty of Health Sciences. He has held roles including Head of the Health Management Department (2019–present), Vice Dean, and Acting Dean. His academic journey includes a medical degree from Istanbul University (1986), a Master's in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (1993), and a PhD in Public Health from Istanbul University (1996).
