Haydar LİVATYALI

Haydar LİVATYALI is a Professor and Department Chairman at Yildiz Technical University's Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechatronics Engineering. He earned his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (1989), followed by M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from The Ohio State University (1993, 1998). Prior roles include Assistant Professor (1999), Associate Professor (2005) at Istanbul Technical University, and Chief Senior Researcher at TUBITAK Marmara Research Center's Energy Institute (2009-2015).

With over 100 publications across WoS and Scopus, he holds an international and national patent. As department chairman since 2016, he oversees academic operations in Mechatronics Engineering.
