Hassan Moghaddam is a Professor of Engineering Technology and Program Coordinator of Surveying Engineering Technology at the University of Houston's College of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Transportation from Texas A&M University (1981) and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the same institution (1973). He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in Texas, with over 35 years of municipal-civil engineering experience and 28 years of teaching.

Research & Professional Contributions: Moghaddam specializes in roadway design, drainage systems, water/wastewater treatment facilities, and surveying technology. His professional work spans municipal infrastructure projects, feasibility studies, and regional flood control.
