Harun Pacic

Harun Pacic serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Law at the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna since 2012, achieving full professorship (FH) status in 2016. Concurrently, he holds a private lecturing position at the University of Vienna since completing his habilitation in 2012.

His educational trajectory includes a law degree, doctorate, and habilitation—all completed at the University of Vienna—followed by research roles under Professors Robert Rebhahn (Labor and Social Law Institute), Gerhard Kuras (Supreme Court), and Michael Holoubek (Constitutional Court).

Research spans interdisciplinary legal domains with emphasis on:
