Dr. Harry Stout is the Jonathan Edwards Professor of American Religious History at Yale University. His scholarship focuses on early American history, religious culture, and the moral dimensions of the Civil War. Previously published works examine colonial preaching traditions and evangelical history.
Research expertise includes:
