With seventeen years of professional experience spanning leadership, management, teaching, and mentoring roles—including ten years as Director of the Catholic Newman Center at Missouri Western State University and consultancy for non-profit organizations—Leeds focuses his research on organizational dynamics, strategic leadership frameworks, and ethical business practices within non-profit and educational sectors.
