Hans-Olov Adami is a Professor at the Clinical Effectiveness Group within the Institute of Health and Society at the University of Oslo (since 2012). He has held prominent academic roles globally, including Chair of the Department of Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health (2007–2011) and Professor of Cancer Epidemiology at Karolinska Institutet (1997–2008). His career spans over three decades in epidemiology, clinical research, and cancer studies.
