Hans Michael Rüdiger

Prof. Dr. Hans Michael Rüdiger is a Professor for International Business and Supply Chain Management at Munich Business School (MBS), where he also serves as Academic Director of the MBA GM program. He holds an MBA and Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University, alongside a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University. With over two decades of professional experience, he has worked as a consultant and manager at Siemens and Honeywell International, and is currently a partner at the IKO Institute for Internal Customer Orientation.

His teaching spans multiple institutions, including the University of San Diego, Naval Postgraduate School, University of Turin, Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and Jacobs University Bremen. At MBS, he teaches courses in Process & Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management, Negotiation Techniques, and Business in Emerging Markets (Latin America). His research and teaching focus on global management strategies, supply chain optimization, and strategic decision-making in international contexts.
