Hans-Peter Imhof serves as a Lecturer in Supply Chain Management at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences since 2013, bringing extensive industry experience to his academic role. He also holds the position of Master's semester speaker and functions as an SCM Management Consultant while maintaining his industry connections as a Pens. Senior Director/GM at Siemens Smart Infrastructure International Headquarters in Zug.

His educational background includes vocational training as a federally certified master bodywork mechanic in the automotive industry, followed by studies to become a vocational school teacher. In 2007, he completed his EMBA at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with specialization in change management.

With deep expertise in supply chain disciplines, Imhof focuses on practical applications including SCM strategy, phases, processes, performance drivers, KPIs, strategic fit, and risk management. In industry, he managed production planning at LEGO Switzerland AG, headed global order management at Siemens Building Technologies AG (2001-2014), led the Logistics Competence Center for Siemens China in Shanghai (2014-2017), and consolidated order management processes at Siemens Smart Infrastructure from 2018 onward.
