Hans Michael Riemer

Prof. Dr. Hans Michael Riemer is a retired legal scholar previously serving as the Chair of Private Law at the University of Zurich (retired February 28, 2007). He held roles including Member of the Canton of Zurich Court of Cassation (1983–2007) and part-time judge at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court (1991/92–2010). His expertise spans civil law, inheritance law, sports law, and procedural law.
