Nadja Erk

Nadja Erk serves as Associate Professor of Swiss Civil Procedure Law at the University of St. Gallen's Law School since 2025, following her habilitation in 2022-2022 and venia legendi in 2023. Her academic career at HSG progressed from Lecturer (2018-2024) to her current associate professorship, while maintaining active legal practice at ADROIT Anwälte in Zurich since 2016.
