Dr. Hannes König is a Research Associate at the Center for School and Educational Research, affiliated with the Institute of Educational Science at Leibniz University Hannover. His work focuses on educational research, teacher training, and qualitative methodologies, particularly sequence analysis, interaction analysis, and casuistic university teaching. He is part of the Faculty of Philosophy I and contributes to the Department of School and Profession Research.

Dr. König's research explores the intersection of school pedagogy, university teaching practices, and the professionalization of educators.
