Hannah Olson serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Education Studies at the University of Washington's College of Education, while also directing the Center for Leadership in Athletics (CLA). She holds dual roles focusing on academic instruction and strategic leadership in sports administration.

Her research emphasizes evidence-based coaching education, curriculum design for athletic administrators, and fostering inclusive leadership in sports. She leads the Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership M.Ed. program, overseeing course instruction, internship coordination, and student advising.
