Hanna Koivula

Hanna Koivula is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the University of Helsinki, affiliated with the Helsinki Institute of Sustainability Science (HELSUS). She leads research on sustainable food packaging materials, food safety, and biodegradable composites. Her work emphasizes renewable resources and circular economy principles.
